 How it works Your Shout! cheque book contains twelve recognition cheques.
You will receive new a new Shout! cheque book each quarter. Recognition cheques should not be carried over into other quarters.
Any time you see someone helping our clients win in the world of work, recognise your colleagues for living the brand - Shout! them out!
When you are working with clients within the sales process, look for behaviour that represents our brand attributes under the following areas:
• Partnering the Right Clients at the Right Terms
• Building Relationships
• Execution of Sales Strategy
• New Business Implementation
• Client Retention & Development
When working with candidates, look for behaviour that represents our brand attributes by converting an applicant into a dedicated long-term Manpower Associate.
When working with colleagues, look for behaviour that represents our brand attributes by taking our existing best practice systems and processes to next practice systems and processes .
When you see behaviour you want to Shout! about simply complete a recognition cheque. Fill in why you are awarding the cheque and include the name and business unit/branch of the person you are recognising as well as your name and business unit/branch.
Give the completed top 'white' copy of the cheque to the person you are recognising and the 'blue' bottom copy to their business unit/branch manager.
The person receiving the cheque should keep the top copy as recognition of their reward.
If you are recognising someone from within a different location, place the top and bottom copy in a Shout! envelope and post internally.
The recipient of the recognition cheque is responsible for giving the bottom copy to their business unit/branch manager
On the last Friday in every month, all business unit/branch managers are responsible for submitting all received recognition cheques for the recognition draw. Business unit/branch managers should place all received cheques in the Shout! Draw envelopes and post internally.
Please note there will be no monthly recognition draw for February. Recognitions received in February will be included in the recognition draw for March. |
